💛 #Women in #Automotive — The Long Road and the View Ahead

When I first entered the #automotiveindustry, I didn’t see many women around me. 

In meetings, at tradeshows, in boardrooms — the faces were mostly male.

At times, it felt lonely. You learn to navigate the dynamics, to find your place and to speak up — even when you’re the only different voice in the room.

But along the way, I met incredible people — mentors, colleagues, leaders — women and men — who believed in #inclusion, #collaboration and new #perspectives. Because progress in our industry has always come from people who dare to think differently.

Women bring connection, empathy and a collaborative spirit that complements the strength and drive this industry is built on. Together, these qualities move #teams — and entire #industries — forward.

Today, I’m proud to see more women shaping the #futureofmobility — in technology, design and communication.

It’s changing — slowly, but surely.
