The new year often comes with pressure to announce goals. I’m taking a different approach in 2026.
As CEO of PilonPR, I enter the year with a simple conviction: growth doesn’t stall because companies lack ambition. It stalls because leadership lacks clarity:

• Clarity about what can wait.
• Clarity about how leadership shows up across markets.
After a year balancing growth, family and building PilonPR across cultures, my focus in 2026 is simple:
• Helping German businesses succeed in the U.S. and U.S. businesses maintain credibility in Germany - so leadership decisions translate into market impact.
• Translating strategy into messages that resonate across cultures without losing authenticity, ensuring alignment with stakeholders and customers.
• Positioning brands for measurable growth where expectations, language and business culture differ, creating clarity that drives adoption and results.
In uncertain environments, the loudest voice rarely wins. The clearest one does.
