Established in 2022, PilonPR is a German-American public relations and marketing communications agency based in Detroit, Michigan. We specialize in helping German companies enter and grow in the U.S. market and supporting U.S. brands expanding into Germany with strategies that drive visibility, trust and measurable growth.

Founded by Monika Jakubczyk, a German-American communications leader with 20+ years of international experience in automotive, manufacturing, technology, mobility and R&D, PilonPR combines strategic expertise with cultural fluency. Monika lived and worked in Germany for decades before moving to the U.S., where she spent several years as Kiekert AG’s spokesperson. She was later sent to the U.S. to steer global communications and establish a Marketing Communications unit at the company’s Detroit-area entity. Building on this experience, Monika founded Pilon PR to help companies successfully navigate the cultural, digital and media landscapes of Germany and America.
