In every global company, there’s always someone who becomes theĀ #bridge:

Between engineering and sales.

Between HQ and the region.

Between Germany and the U.S.

Between strategy and reality.

Sometimes you choose it.

Sometimes it chooses you.

Here’s what I’ve learned about being the ā€œbridge personā€:

1ļøāƒ£ You see things earlier than others.

Not because you’re smarter - but because you stand between worlds.

You pick up signals before they turn into issues.

You sense misalignment long before it’s visible.

2ļøāƒ£ You carry weight no one talks about.

You translate cultures.

You prevent misunderstandings.

You connect people who wouldn’t connect on their own.

It’s invisible work - but essential work.

3ļøāƒ£ You build trust where trust is fragile.

You adapt to different expectations.

You calm tensions.

You make clarity possible across borders and teams.

Bridges don’t just communicate - they connect.

4ļøāƒ£ You help others succeed long before anyone sees your impact.

You steady teams.

You guide decisions.

You move projects forward quietly - but decisively.

Companies depend on their bridges more than they realize.

If you’re that bridge:

You’re not ā€œin-between.ā€

You’re the reason things move.

You’re the reason people understand each other.

And yourĀ #impactĀ is bigger than you think.
