Life rarely unfolds in straight lines. For me, the journey from #Germany to the #US was full of twists, challenges and unexpected blessings. 🌎

I was transferred from #Kiekert Germany to the #US to build a marketing and communications unit. It was a thrilling opportunity — but also a step into the unknown. New culture, new responsibilities and a lot of pressure to deliver. Every day was a lesson in #resilience, #adaptability and #leadership.

Then my personal life blossomed: I got engaged, married and became a mother. Suddenly, I was balancing professional ambition with the joy and responsibility of growing a family.

Leaving Kiekert to start #PilonPR was one of the biggest leaps I’ve ever taken. It meant leaving #stability behind, but it also meant creating something deeply #meaningful: a business where I could combine my passion for marketing communications with the #flexibility to nurture my family.

Since then, I’ve had the privilege to:

🚗 Support a globally operating automotive supplier with their #DetroitAutoSho2023 presence, helping craft the booth messaging and storytelling — a truly full-circle moment. Partner with a #3Dstartup to develop and amplify their marketing communications strategy and branding. Lead other exciting mobility tech and automotive projects, connecting innovation with the right audience.

Every project, every challenge, every small victory has reinforced what I’ve learned: #courage isn’t about avoiding fear. It’s about taking the next step even when the outcome is uncertain.

Looking back, I see a #journey shaped by risk, trust and love — for my work, my family and the life I’m building.
